Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 beginning yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises put together by Bikram Choudhury.

Originally from India, Bikram studied yoga from a very young age. He designed the series of postures to work the entire body inside and out sequentially, using every muscle, system and organ in the body. Practiced in a heated room, the Bikram yoga series makes for a cleansing and strengthening class that rejuvenates the body.
